Amy Semple
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Sevenoaks, Kent. I trained with the Kent Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and am an accredited member of The National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP). I have a BSc Health Studies from Surrey University, Master in Public Health, Kings College London University and a Diploma in Holistic Counselling.

I have always been interested in healthcare and wellbeing, working as a health researcher for a number of national charities and local authorities before joining the NHS in 2012. I continue to work in the NHS part-time implementing and managing innovative mental health projects across South London.

I trained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist as I strongly believe in the mind body connection and in how our thoughts and beliefs influence emotional and physical health. Clinical hypnotherapy is a proven approach to help with a wide range of issues, enabling people to overcome obstacles and negative behaviours, take control of unhelpful thinking and self-beliefs to improve health, wellbeing and help you achieve your goals.

Sessions take place in my private studio or virtually (please note not all therapies are available virtually).
